The route is shown in color on the map. While going along Leningradskoye Highway towards the Moscow Region, turn to the right and leave the bridge at the sign "Kosmonavta Volkova Str.". At the next intersection, turn to the left to Kosmonavta Volkova Street. Go straight, turn to the left at the next intersection following the respective lane, and in 100 meters turn to the right following the main road.

Go straight, turn to the left following the main road to Clara Zetkin Street. At the next intersection, turn to the right and go straight. At the next intersection, turn to the right and in front of the building No. 5 at Bolshaya Akademicheskaya Street turn to the right to a narrow alley and go straight to reach Hi-Tech House Business Center checkpoint.

Exit at Voikovskaya subway station taking the first car, if traveling from downtown, turn to the left at station transition. Take trolleybus route No. 57 or shuttle bus route No. 661 to Krasny Baltiets Platform Station.

Cross over the intersection by Alabyano-Baltiysky Tunnel, to reach Bolshaya Akademicheskaya Street, turn to the right and go along the street for about 300 meters until you reach the building No. 5. Go round the house from the right side and go straight to reach Hi-Tech House Business Center checkpoint.

Exit at Krasny Baltiets Platform Station, Riga direction. Take a front carriage as seen if exiting the Moscow Region, after exit cross the bridge and go to the left. Take a middle carriage as seen if entering the Moscow Region.

Go to the left through a small garden along Kosmonavta Volkova Street to reach Bolshaya Akademicheskaya Street (note the landmarks: trolleybus stop and Alabyano-Baltiysky Tunnel). Cross over the intersection taking Alabyano-Baltiysky Tunnel, to reach the other side of Bolshaya Akademicheskaya Street, turn to the right and go along the street for about 300 meters until you reach the building No. 5. Go round the house from the right side and go straight to reach Hi-Tech House Business Center checkpoint.
