HTH Data Center (Stack.HTH) launched in 2004 has become the first commercial data center in Russia.
HTH Data Center (Stack.HTH) is a well-adjusted climate-control system, failsafe power supply, KVM access to equipment, and 24/7 first line support.
Uninterruptible power supply of HTH Data Center (Stack.HTH) is ensured by 3+1 redundant 4 x 120 kVA UPS and 4 x 60 kVA UPS. Emergency power supply is provided by two diesel generators with the output of 550 kVA each. External power to the DPC is provided from two independent sources with the total capacity of 1 MW.
Configuration and operational parameters of power supply system of the Data Center make it possible to maintain a selected operation mode of ICT systems and engineering equipment in any circumstances, including the conditions of completely autonomous power provision of the Data Center. The level of redundancy of power supply system: 100 %. The level of redundancy of UPS system: N+1.
Climate control system ensures maintenance of air temperature and humidity in workspaces of HTH Data Center (Stack.HTH) in compliance with international standards (22 ± 5° Celsius, humidity of 45 ± 5%). Cold air containment system installed in corridors ensures server room temperature at the level of 17 to 19° Celsius.
Climatic regime is based on precision air conditioning system, which includes 11 air conditioners.
Due to installed supply-and-exhaust ventilation system, a server facility of the Data Center is free from dust. The possibility of polluting the network and server equipment and its overheating is eliminated.
The level of redundancy of air conditioning system: N+1.
Long-standing experience, availability of trunk data communications network based on such technologies as DWDM and MPLS/VPN, as well as in-house fiberoptic infrastructure and all required permits, enable Stack Group to provide its customers and partners with data channels, Internet access and accommodate high-quality telephone communication.
Stack Group possesses the necessary engineering resources and skilled experts required to provide customer network equipment maintenance, to arrange and support failsafe web systems, to ensure load balance, DDoS attack protection, and dynamic traffic routing.
All premises of HTH Data Center (Stack.HTH) are guarded 24/7. Access to the Data Center is granted exclusively by individual magnetic access cards. Server facilities of the HTH Data Center may be accessed with the use of dual access control system powered by UPS.
The Data Center is equipped with video surveillance system, which controls visual data obtained from entrances and exits, corridors, server racks, vital service systems and the premises. Independent online video surveillance of customers’ equipment is available, with video data being sent to the customer's security service.
Floor slabs are made of reinforced concrete. DPC's server facilities have no windows. All finishing materials are made of nonflammable materials. Server facility is equipped with automatic gas-based fire control system.
For customers’ comfort and for the purpose of providing additional physical security in the HTH Data center (Stack.HTH), dedicated Customer Rooms furnished with special equipment are provided. They have all facilities needed for round-the-clock scheduled operations and maintenance at both customer's hardware and software level (all application-based tasks are usually performed with the use of KVM technology). Customer Rooms' workstations have access to the Internet. Customer Rooms' workstations may be provided with online connection with the equipment located in server facility.
Depending on customers' objectives and resources, maintenance works may be performed either by its own staff or by Stack Group's qualified personnel. Customers may deposit their data storage devices, replacement parts and other materials in safe deposit boxes. In HTH Data Center, customers may store their equipment and accessories not only in deposit boxes, but also at a dedicated warehouse facility.
Customer Rooms provide complimentary short-time workplaces. If required, customers may rent continuous-use workplaces to accommodate their duty shifts or arrange reserve sites.
